Amanda Witt lives in Texas and works miscellaneously as an editor, copy editor, proofreader, graphic designer, and adjunct professor. She also quilts, though not very well. She has several grown-up children, several pets, and one much-beloved husband.
Her fiction has been called "hottest of all" by Kirkus Reviews and "arresting" by Publishers Weekly. She served as a judge for the 2017 Mystery Writers of America Edgar Awards (Best Novel category).
